We are seeking future Frontline Managers (m/f) for our Production division.
You are nearing the end of your studies or hold a university degree (EPF or HES) or a Federal Diploma in a technical, mechanical, or micromechanical field. You are passionate about watchmaking and motivated
by the prospect of a management career in a production workshop.
We have designed the Spirale Managériale program specifically to develop our future talent.
Program overview
During this program, you will manage projects across several sectors, gaining a cross-functional view of the organization. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by learning from the managers who will mentor you.
Through three stimulating six-month assignments at our various Geneva sites, you will acquire the experience and product knowledge needed to advance to a Frontline Manager role in our Production division.
The final assignment will take the form of a practical management role.
You will also benefit from dedicated support through training, coaching, and mentoring led by our management teams and Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects across multiple sectors during each assignment
- Develop strong leadership capabilities under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Gain in-depth product knowledge and operational insight through three six-month placements at our Geneva sites
- Take on increasing managerial responsibilities, culminating in a hands-on Frontline Manager role
- Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentoring sessions with senior leaders and HR
Requirements
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a university degree (EPF or HES) or Federal Diploma in a technical, mechanical, or micromechanical field
- Passion for watchmaking and a clear motivation to pursue a management career in production
- Previous exposure to the corporate world through internships
- Strong interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, curiosity, and assertiveness
- Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English
- Proven ability to drive projects and persuade stakeholders effectively
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in production or the industrial sector
- Leadership experience gained through involvement in associations or sports
