Shotgun Jobs applications and AI interviews

When you apply for an opportunity through Shotgun Jobs, we may collect and process information related to your application, including application materials, submitted answers, interview transcripts, AI video interview footage, audio and video recordings, camera proctoring snapshots, simulation and interview interaction data, and AI-generated evaluation outputs.

We use this information to operate the application process, support interview and assessment workflows, verify applicant identity and consistency across steps, prevent and detect cheating or misuse, assess job-related communication and behaviour, and provide the company that posted the opportunity with an application assessment.

We do not use this information to identify or make assumptions about sensitive personal characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, religion, health, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital or family status, nationality, or national origin.

Access to this data within DeepSearchJobs is limited to DeepSearchJobs and the company that posted the opportunity. The company may review relevant application materials, recordings, footage, snapshots, transcripts, scores, and assessments as part of its own hiring process.

We may use secure infrastructure providers and AI service providers to deliver and improve the application workflow. However, we do not sell this data.
